Registering as a family means entering information that is informative to au pairs:
- your family details such as nationality and languages that you speak
- your preference for the type of au pair you would like
- if necessary, your preference for an au pair with experience.

- your details such as nationality and languages that you speak
- your preference for the type of au pair work you would like
- all child care work experience.

The more the family or au pair know about you, the better chance you have of getting a suitable match, so please complete all details when filling out the registration form in particular the About Me and Additional Information about the Family and Message to Family and Au Pair sections.
Because many families and au pairs will only contact profiles that have photos, make sure to include a photo to improve your profile.
After registration your profile can be viewed on Kangaroo Au Paiy, simply log back in to amend your profile at anytime.

Searches are free on Kangaroo Au Pair. To search on au pairs or families specific to your needs (for example au pair experience, nationality or country living in) simply click our advanced search button.

Standard Membership

- Send standard messages to let families and au pairs know that you are interested in their profiles.
- All new members become Standard Members automatically.

Premium Membership
- Send personal message using our safe and secure messaging system.
- Choose to share your contact details with the au pair or family at a time that's right for you.
- 60 days of unlimited Premium Membership.

Special Offer
Here at KangarooAuPair.com we are aware that on some occassions au pair stays may fall through or 60 days may not be enough time to find the right family or au pair.
For this reason KangarooAuPair.com will give all Premium Members an extra 2 weeks free Premium Membership within 1 month of expiry of your membership. Simply email us within 1 month of the expiry of your membership expiry date and we will automatically reactivate your Premium Membership for 14 days.

Family Hints & Tips
- Do you need your au pair to drive?
- Make sure to let the au pair know early on the duties and responsibilities that are expected of them.
- Bear in mind that the more the au pair knows about the role, the more likely you are to get an au pair who best suits your needs.
- If the au pair lives in a different country, make sure to speak to her a number of times by Skype or by phone before agreeing to have her as your au pair.
- If the au pair has child care experience, try to get a reference from her previous employer.
